Buildings like casinos hold a special fascination for me. 
I wanted to make their abstract functionality visible. Air conditioning and parking decks for croupiers, mirrored windows. All invisible to the customers. These buildings have two faces, look like they are from another world, like the underside of a Star Wars battleship. Las Vegas seems to be no place on this earth. But it is. I am always interested in places that are not accessible to us in everyday life, I am interested in the backsides of events.
